Ana Ivanovic has been searching for inspiration ever since she won the French Open seven years ago — a Grand Slam feat she has never managed to repeat.
But the 27-year-old Serb cruised into the last 16 with a new support team featuring Bayern Munich’s Bastian Schweinsteiger, who she has been dating since the start of the year.
She smashed Croatia’s Donna Vekic 6-0, 6-3 and is now equal to her best result at Roland Garros since she won the tournament in 2008.
